Point Chevalier School is divided into teams based on year levels.

Our ever increasing Year 0 and Year 1 classes are in the Pikopiko and Te Rito teams. Pikopiko currently consists of Rooms 21, 24 and 26, while Te Rito is made up of Rooms 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 25. 

Pohutukawa Team has our five Year 2 classes. (Rooms 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31).

Kauri Team is our Year 3 Team, and Kowhai has three Year 4 classes and one Year3/4 class. Kauri includes Rooms 2, 4,17 and 18. Kowhai is made up of Rooms 1, 5, 10 and 12.

Our Year 5/6 children are all in Totara Team. Totara Team is made up of Rooms 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11.
