Topic
This term we are learning about Vikings. Here are some of our learning intentions.

Explain how Vikings communicated through visual means (runic alphabet) and stories.

Describe the main features of a life in a Viking village.

Identify the roles and responsibilities of the groups and individuals in a Viking community.   

Discuss how the Vikings actions have had an impact on modern society.

Maths
We will learn different strategies on how to solve addition and subtraction problems and also how to measure length, capacity and mass.



Literacy
We are learning how to write information reports. Our goal this term is to edit and proofread our writing to make it better.

Art
Thank you DJ and Megan for teaching us how to make paper flowers. These are great as decorations for parties or for gift wrapping. You can try making them at home by following the steps in these video clips.
